Evaluating Previous Brow Work for Nano
Nano strokes sit on top of old pigment, which can cause a some of the following:
New pigment can mix with old tones (gray, blue, red, or orange) and heal to an unexpected color.
Adding more pigment on top of over saturated skin can make brows look solid or muddy, and require laser removal in the future.
If the old work is dark, the new nano strokes won’t be visible.
Previous tattooing can create scar tissue or altered skin texture, which affects pigment retention and stroke sharpness.
Previous work must be mostly faded or removed (often with laser) to qualify
