Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions outline the policies, procedures, and expectations for services provided by Soft Strokes Cosmetic Tattoo Studio. By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Age Policy
1.1 Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent cosmetic tattoo services.
1.2 No services will be provided to minors, regardless of parental consent.
1.3 Valid state identification must be shown at the time of the appointment to verify age.
2. Payments and Refunds
2.1 Full payment for services is due on the day of the appointment unless otherwise specified.
2.2 All booking requests are subject to approval.
2.3 A non-refundable $50 initial payment will be charged upon approval of the appointment request. The payment will be applied toward the final service total.
2.4 The initial $50 payment is non-refundable under any circumstance, including cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, failure to disclose previous work, inaccurate booking information, or if the client is determined to be an unsuitable candidate at the appointment.
2.5 No refunds are provided for completed services for any reason. In the unlikely event of a mistake, it is the responsibility of the artist to correct it. Please contact the studio as soon as possible to find a resolution.
2.6 All major credit and debit cards are accepted and may be subject to an additional 3% card processing fee.
2.7 Cash or bank transfer through Zelle is preferred.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling Late Policy
3.1 Clients may reschedule their appointment one time with a minimum of 72 hours notice.
3.2 Rescheduling is subject to availability.
3.3 Failure to show up to an appointment without notice may result in a $75 no-show fee in addition to forfeiture of the booking fee.
3.4 Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
3.5 Please notify the studio if you are running more than 15 minutes late.
3.6 Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled due to schedule interference.
3.7 Failure to show up to an appointment without notice may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Services and Procedures
4.1 Our permanent cosmetic services are provided by licensed professionals.
4.2 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the procedure.
4.3 Results may vary, and touch-up appointments may be necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
4.4 Changes to the original service is not considered a touch up and will be charged as a new service.
4.5 Clients must follow pre- and post-care instructions provided by the studio for optimal results.
4.6 The studio follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety.
5. Studio Policies
5.1 The studio reserves the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason.
5.2 The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
5.3 No guest or pets allowed inside during the session at the moment.
5.4 Service animals may be permitted with prior notice.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1 The studio is not responsible for allergic reactions, complications, or dissatisfaction resulting from the procedure.
6.2 Clients release the studio and its staff from any liability for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or after the procedure.
6.3 The studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
6.4 Confidentiality: It is our commitment to keep all client information confidential. No client data will be shared or disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
