1. Brows with Ashy Tones

If the brows have a blue/gray ashy tone, that usually means the pigment was deposited too deep into the skin or the color was too dark for your skin type. Hairstrokes cannot be added on top of brows with ashy tones, it mixes together and affects the final healed result. Hairstrokes require a light, neutral base.
