Aftercare Instructions
What to Expect
Immediately after, your brows will tender and red and usually goes away in a day. The hairstrokes might appear darker and more defined than the actual final healed results.
During the first week, you may notice:
- Dryness and flaking
- Itching
- Temporary fading
- A patchy or lighter appearance
You will not see the final healed results until 3–4 weeks.
Aftercare Routine
Day 1
- Gently wipe your brows with a clean tissue one hour after your procedure to remove excess lymph fluid.
- Keep your brows completely dry today. Do not get them wet tonight.
- Avoid working out or excessive sweating today and tomorrow.
- Sleep on your back for 1–3 nights.
Day 2
- Wash your brows once a day at night with the provided soap or water only.
- Do not scrub or rub your brows while washing.
- Pat dry with a clean tissue and allow the skin to air dry completely.
- Apply a small amount of aftercare lotion twice a day: after washing & morning.
- Repeat this routine every day for 5–7 days.
Peeling & Itchy Phase
Everyone heals at different rates, you will begin the Peeling Phase any where from Day 4-7 when your brows begin to itch and become more dry. This is a normal part of healing and goes away within 1-2 days.
- Do not pick or scratch your brows.
- Apply Aquaphor to soothe itching and keep the brows moisturized.
- Brows may appear lighter or patchy during this phase.
- Your final color will gradually return over the next several weeks.
⚠️ Things to Avoid
- Don't use brow makeup or brow gel for 2 weeks.
- Avoid saunas and hot yoga for 2 weeks.
- Don't use oils or other creams on your brows, use only the provided aftercare lotion.
- Don't use the following skincare products: retinol, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, and other anti-aging products near the brows for 4 weeks.
- Avoid direct sun exposure and suncreen near the brows 2-4 weeks.
- No Facials, chemical treatments, or chemical peels for 4 weeks.
Book Your Touch-up
